First sock

My first practice sock is cast on in Regia and I've made a start on the cuff. It feels really strange knitting with such fine yarn in comparison with the Lion & Lamb, as does knitting with two circular needles. So far, I'm all thumbs, but I'll let you know how I progress...

Am just about to try out this 2 needle magic loop trick as well (anything rather than have to use dpns!) on the Tubey sweater. Will look forward to seeing how we both get on with this method
