Another meme

I've been tagged by Nic; these are the rules:

Each person tagged gives 7 random facts about themselves. Those tagged need to write in their blogs the 7 facts, as well as the rules of the game. 1 One of my favourite sandwich fillings is sliced pickled beetroot with Cheshire cheese and mayonnaise.

2 I come from a very flat part of Yorkshire and feel weirdly oppressed in mountainous country.

3 My ear lobes are pierced; the thought of being pierced anywhere else makes me shudder.

4 I used to have white stripes bleached in my black hair and looked like a badger.

5 I own 7 pairs of Birkenstocks, 1 pair of felt slippers and no shoes.

6 I can't follow a symbol chart for knitting or cross stitch unless I colour in the squares first.

7 I'm a forty-a-day-ex-smoker.
