September 27 - anyone would think that BT has a sense of humour! I don't have a landline here and BT sent me a bill for something I haven't had. After three fruitless days trying to ring them (I did get through to speak to a real person once, but let me tell you that it's sodding annoying to get cut off after 1 hour and 6 minutes on hold...), I did what any sensible person should do. I wrote a letter to the complaints department and sent it by Special Delivery. Watch this space...


Sodding annoying must be a major understatement. No doubt their reply (if any) will now be delayed by the postal strike! do hope this is all sorted out soon...
