Knitters are simply the best

In my last post, I mentioned the only out-of-print book remaining on my wish list. The post had hardly whizzed into cyberspace when I got an email from a knitting friend offering to send me her copy. She's thinning out her library and doesn't think she'll knit any of the designs in the book.

 

I'm not going to embarrass the friend by mentioning her name here, but I do want to say a heartfelt thank you.

I'm kicking myself for not buying a copy a couple of years ago while I had the chance. I have read in blogland however that it may be reprinted this year. Fingers crossed!
