That's how I feel about this.

How could I not love cookware this colour? And I can bake anything in it without needing to grease it first. Nothing sticks to the surface, not even eggs or cheese. Silicone cookware, I love you.

BTW, that's a courgette, onion, parmesan and bacon frittata....
Luverly! I like silicone bakeware but I always forget how flimsy and wobbly they are so go to get something out of the oven in my nonladylike clumsy manner and end up bashing about whatever it is that I happen to have been cooking! I never learn!

I've got a scarlet silicon loaf tin that I LOVE! although my cakes go a bit bulgy out the side sometimes :)
