Not all couriers are equal

Once or twice a year I get together with Steph to buy tea from Palais des Thes (I have a thing for their The des Amants). This year's order arrived just before 7pm, in the time slot sent by text this morning. Pretty good courier eh?

I think they are fab. Have never let us down. Last guy was 20 mins out of his slot and was so apologetic. Great service.
